TEAM CONTACT/CONDUCT:  The Head Coach will be responsible for all contact and conduct issues. 

 

AYF TEAM ROSTERS:  Only players listed on the National AYF provided roster are eligible to play in this regional tournament.  Players not listed on the National AYF provided Roster will not be eligible to play.  ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PHOTO ID CARD.  Teams must go to the www.MYAYF.com to print rosters and MPR’s.

 

Players enter championship venues on game day for free and each team will be provided 10 sideline passes (7) coaches, (1) team admin, and (2) MPR Personnel.

 

  • Each team must have ALL players present at Check-ins

  • All Teams MUST have 16 players to be eligible to play.

  • Coaches will bring official rosters and 4 MPR sheets to Check in.

  • Only the head coach of the team checking in will be allowed in the room – no assistants and no parents will be present.

    • The Midwest Regional Championships Chairmen has the final call on a player’s eligibility.

    • After the Check-in, MPR sheets will be collected by tournament staff.

    • All teams will be required to check in with jerseys, ID cards, and MPRs.
